This permanently removes the advocate's account and profile, along with their champion programs, social links, enquiry history and network connections. It cannot be undone. To take someone out of the public directory reversibly, use Hide instead.

Rejections are not permanent. The applicant keeps their account, sees this reason on their notifications page, and can re-apply whenever they judge they have met the bar. Write the reason for them, not for the file.

Request changes keeps the application pending — it is not a rejection. The advocate is notified with your message and a link to edit their profile, and it returns here for review once they save.
